The Council of the Nine is the supreme council of this order, it's objective is to spread the Sith philosophy and religion throughout the World.
It's head council (council of the 9) is the rulling body of the Order and is made of Dark Lords.
The Council founder and "leader" is Lord Vilious.

The objective is for, in a certain moment, gather enough supporters to make the Sith religion an oficial religion.
